Hi All, I'm brand new here and ultra excited to begin losing! I got my scrip for Phen on Monday, 37.5. I took a half at lunch time, wanted to make sure side effects were manageable before I took a whole one. I felt great, so took a full pill yesterday morning. I threw up all day! Normally I have a great stomache so I was very surprised by this. Meds that cause nausea usually don't for me. I'm not sure if it might be a bug or the combo of phen and my Tenoretic for blood pressure. I will take bp med at night from now on.

Has anyone else here had this really bad nausea and vomiting? I would love to know if it's common, my doc didn't have much to offer on the matter, just said to stick with it if I can.

On the flip side, I have somehow managed to lose 4 pounds since yesterday morning! I have to assume it was water, although I do daily take bp med with a diuretic in it so shouldn't have been retaining. So I'm taking it as a great start!

i had some nausea and vommiting today....did your ever go away? wondering if mine can be from phen or a bug.

This is my third time taking Phen (over 8 years). ONLY once I experienced vomiting. That was when I took cold medicine shortly after taking Phen. I will never make that mistake again. Did you take anything for a cold????
