Hello, I am new to the forum (and to phentermine) so I have a couple of questions that hopefully someone could answer for me.

I started out taking phendimetrazine and I lost 18lbs in a very short period of time. Then the phendimetrazine stopped working and my doctor switched me to phentermine 37.5. WOW!! That stuff knocked my socks OFF! I love all the extra energy and the overall sense of happiness that comes with the phentermine, but man I feel like crap today!
I took it on Tuesday for the first time, then took it on Wednesday. I am scared to take it today though. I woke up with horrible shoulder cramps, my ribs are sore, and I have shortness of breath. My head also feels like it is stuffed full of lead. Is this just my body crashing or am I possibly having a bad reaction to the phen? Also, how long did it take for everyone to start sleeping good after taking the phen?

I've never heard of anything like that w/ phen. I'm taking the same phen and all I've had was like the first three days i was dizzy.. then just dry mouth and tiredness after that. I sleep like an angel, but a lot of people experience sleeping problems. My problem is in the middle of the day having absolutely no energy
