What do you take for this?

I have allergies. Had them ALL my life:bored: I have to take benadryl for sneezing and runny nose and itchy eyes and things of that nature. I also take a decongestant when I start feeling really bad ear pressure. The diet doctor said no decongestants. But my ear is HURTING:helpsmilie: What do you take if you have this problem? I'm on phendimetrazine 35 mg 3 times a day. No high blood pressure (112/72 today). I was thinking I could take something and go to bed and wait 12 hours and then resume the phen? Thoughts?

I take 30mg Phentermine and I have taken Benadryl with no side effects. Not sure about PhenD though, sorry!
