Question
I know alot of us are always on the go, and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on some grab-and-go snacks that are low-fat, easy, quick, but most of all GOOD-TASTING!! I am looking for something that I can grab and eat on the go, or eat at my desk. Can anyone help??

My favorites: low-carb (whole wheat) tortilla's with egg and salsa OR with cottage cheese and fruit OR fat-free cheese melted and rolled up.

You can eat these in your car or on your way to work.

i like to snack on those low carb bars in gooey chocolate and carmel. they work fine, as long as you Don't get carried away and eat several.LOL

I bag all my fruits and vegetables for the week each Sunday. I keep them in my fridge at home and at work. That way I can just grab a bag and it's already cut and ready to eat. Another good snack that I like are the low sodium Munch Em's. They are really good and are not packed with the sodium that most boxed snacks are!
