My mil goes to WW and she has been using this recipe for years. I dont know how may calories it has but I do know that you can eat half of the batch and it only count as a few points.
2 cups quick oats
2 cups unsweetened apple sause
1 cup dry milk
1 cup rasins
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla flav
2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
10-14 pks equal (or as many as you want to make it as sweet as you want it)
mix all together and put in greased(pam) muffin pan. they will not rise much (if any) so you can make them as big as you want.
bake at 350 for about 15-20 min or until lightly golden. (dont over cook them-they will be dry)
you can bake in a 9x13 if you like. i use the small and large muffin pans. i keep them in the fridge-i like them better cold. my mil has used unsweetened crushed pineapple in instead of the rasins and has also added pecans. its total up to you as far as that goes. i prefer the rasins.
