i angelfood cake torn into bite size pieces and it is fat free, then make sugar free stawberry jellO(2boxes) and chill tilllightly set, then mix a carton of fat free coolwhip and fat free eagle brand milk and mix together, take the three ingrediaents and mix in a bowl like a trifle, slosh it in there and chill. This is so light and wonderful!
