low fat rice crispies
I found this recipie and thought sounds good and maybe the kids would like it too.
4Cups miniature marshmallow
4cups rice crispy cereal
3/4cups of ground up graham crackers
1tsp. Molly McButter
Melt marshmallows. Then add your vanilla and molly mcbutter.
Pour marshmallows over your rice crispies and ground graham crackers and stir well.
pour into a large baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Press mixture into baking dish and allow to cool 20-30 minutes before cutting.
recipe makes 8 servings
109 calories per serving and less than 1 gram of fat per serving
