If you like Tuna Noodle Casserole, this is really good....

1 Pkg. (8 oz.) Wide Egg Noodles
2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. flour
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 cup Milk (I use 2%)
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese (Could use low fat)
2 cans Chunk Light Tuna in water
1 (15 oz.) can Green Peas

In a medium saucepan, bring water to boil and cook noodles until al dente.

In seperate saucepan, melt butter, then add flour and cook until combined. Add milk and stir until thickened (should the right consistency when it starts boiling). Add cheese and stir until melted and combined. Mix in tuna and peas.

Drain pasta well and mix with tuna/peas mixture. Pour into a 2 quart casserole and cook on 350 for about 30 minutes.

**I saved a bit of the cheese and sprinkled it on top halfway through baking....
