Breakfast- 2 scrambled eggs with ketchup
Lunch 6oz of cold cocktail shrimp
Dinner a hamburger (no bun) saute onions and mushrooms with 2 slices of cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard.

I did it the first day with no bread or sodas!!!! Whewwwwwwwww

I guess losing weight wins the battle. So far i've been feeling really good with the phen, and i'm happy that it decreases my apetite since as I go down in weight I have to learn to lessen my calories and it's not easy.
