    Here it is, yesterdays menu:

    Sausage patty, 1 egg.

    Taco salad (ground meat, shredded cheese, sour cream, 1/4 of an avacodo and 1/2 cup shredded lettuce.

    Fish fillet with homemade tartar sauce, sauteed snow peas with butter.

    slim jims! MMMMM

    Thin slice of tomato with a sprinkle of cheese and spices melted on top.

    1 gallon of water, 2 cups of coffee (regular and decaf mixed equal parts) I'm slowly cutting down!
    1 diet rite made with splenda, no caffiene or sodium.

    heavy whipping cream in coffee

    brocoli plastered with cheese
    Burger patty with mustard and mayo (no bun)

    string cheese

    Brussel sprouts dripping with butter and garlic salt
    fish fillet with homemade tartar sauce

    cream cheese mixed with splenda and vanilla extract (sweet tooth), tasted like frosting!

    120 oz water
    2 diet rite sodas
    2 cups half caf half decaf coffee
    3 cups herbal no-caf tea

    Today I am resisting cake and icecream, sure they taste good but all I have to think about is how I'll feel afterward, the bloodsugar headache, fast heart rate, waves of fatigue, spaciness and queasy tummy and its SO NOT worth it!

    Ok, I'm with ya on the pink home decor! I'm not into flowery stuff either. My home is all greens, browns, burgandys, deep blues, kahki colors etc... The only place I like some brighter color is in the kitchen.

    Pink! I'm not sure what its like where you live keew, I get my ketostix at wal greens. They also sell them here at wal mart. I was disappointed cause they also used to sell the Atkins vitanutrient formulas but now I can't find them I guess I could order online, I just hate waiting for stuff to come in the mail.

    They sell the Stix here at Wal-greens or Wal-mart too but they are cheaper here in GNC. Besides I had a few other things to grab at GNC too!!

    AND....I've graduated from Pink to Maroon.

    I'll have to check into that, I wonder if they are cheaper at GNC here too. I need to find somewhere that sells CLA, maybe gnc does. I'm fresh out and wal-mart wants 13 dollars a bottle. Does GNC sell atkins vitamins? Theres a GNC about 8 minutes from me.

    That stuff is the best! I topped mine with tomato slices, avacodo, onion, garlic, artichoke hearts and italian meatballs sliced in thin slivers. YUM!

    I'm trying to talk myself into eating mushrooms. I've always avoided them cause my dad always said they were fungus and the livers of the earth cause they absorb toxins from the soil. Those comments never made them sound very appetizing but they look interesting and I think I unknowingly ate some on pizza once and liked it.

    You're doing awesome on the water Keew! I need a push on that, I'm slacking today. I also forgot to eat, at 3 I looked at my notebook and all it had was water and coffee with cream so I made some eggs and bacon and then had dinner at 7.

    Keew, Whoa 230 oz? Did you wear a depends to bed? LOL
    I don't think I've ever drank that much.

    tuna w/mayo, mustard and pickle
    sauteed snow peas with garlic

    string cheese

    quiche thing- I made the pizza quiche crust w/ half the cheese (low on food), I then topped it with tomato, avacodo, onion, peppers and garlic then topped with a sprinkle of cheese.

    slim jim

    water- 152 I was thirsty! I figured out my dry throat was due to coming down with a head cold. I'm all stuffy today.

    Taco day! (ground meat with spices, topped with cheese, sour cream, tomato, onion, avacodo, lettuce and green taco sauce) YUM!

    I had a late start to my day so I didn't eat 3 reg. meals.

    Water- working on it, after this cup goes down I'll be at 80 oz

    Tomorrow - WATER, 1 gallon or else! Plus a workout of somesort.

    Cauliflower casserole thingy (cauliflower, cheese, onion, brautwurst, sour cream etc...)

    coffee- 2
    tea- 2

    Exercise- ran around with the kids outside for a couple hours, vigorously cleaned house. Nothing structured but I was pretty active.

    WoooHoooo, I'm marrooned! I didn't need a ketostix to tell me that. I did one anyway of course.
    The leg cramps are back in full swing. I'm upping the minerals!

    1.5 oz cream cheese w/4 splenda packets (YUM)

    Pizza quiche!!! OMG, as usual it was DIVINE! I used 1.5 tablespoons of tomato PASTE mixed with pizza spices as the sauce and that gave it a nice zing. I topped it with pepperoni slices and lots of my usual favorite veggies. AND theres left overs for today! YUM

    water- ??? maybe 150-180 oz. I lost track after 140 something.
    decongestants make me extra thirsty.
