You mean you don't use the fan trick? Leave your bathroom door open just a crack, then turn on the bathroom fan. It's good for a few ounces.

You know I'm gonna have to try that

I don't know what I'm gonna eat today. This is why I need a personal chef! I do know I can not eat another hamburger today. The thought makes my stomach turn!

I made my son wheat toast this morning and my mouth was waterrring. And Marshmellow Maties too. mmmmm cheap Lucky Charms *drool*

Slow you do not want that!! Sugar is YUCKY!!
::sigh:: Some day you will beleive it if you say it enough.

Okay have something for breakfast, and enough with the burnt burgers. Try not having the SAME dayum thing every meal!!

And I tell my fiancee this all the time...if you burn something...you have the burner turned on TOO DAYUM HIGH!! It is not a microwave it is a stove...sheesh!!

    lmao the sad thing is, i wanted a hamburger B, L & D.

I decided to have a taco salad for breakfast. Seriously if I eat another egg in the near future I'll lose it. BLAAAEEECK!

My husband has to do the cooking most of the time. I just can't be bothered! Too much posting to do. Ah the Lean Cuisine days were good times. 4 minutes later and a piping hot meal at my finger tips.

    Lightbulb

My husband baked some flounder tonight with lemon pepper and olive oil...MMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!

I couldn't stand eating a pork chop tonight, and I bought these small packs of fish at the store yesterday. I'm glad I did!!! I'm not the greatest cook so I hadn't been buying fish, but now I sure will! Anyway, I just thought I'd share!

Does everyone else eat from the items that they cook for their families or do some of you eat separately? (I eat separately a lot.)

    Hi Ivie,

I eat separately a lot too. Except with Keew's deep dish pizza recipe. My husband scarfed that down. He looked at me all suspiciously and asked how I made the crust. I swear I think he thinks I'm gonna give up on Atkins or just blow it someday.

I wish I liked fish, but I can't get past the smell to even try it.

    Good luck to everyone today!

    Angela-

Now I KNOW I have to try Keew's pizza recipe. It sounds delicious! So does the Crab Cake recipe! Mmmmmmmmmmmm!!! I can't wait to try it! (Sorry I can't remember who posted it!)

And to the person who posted the Mock Danish recipe -
You deserve a big hug!!! It's fabulous! It can be sweet, it's yummy, and it's fast! I needed something like that!

I love these new topics, and I don't feel like I'm the only one doing Atkins anymore! Thank you to all of you for that! I needed it!

Alright chickies!! I myself need to get back to the basics.

I have not been documenting my menus, although I know I have not been too bad.

But keeping track, keeps me on track!!

For those who do not know, I got really sick on vacation and have been pumped full of Steroids and other crap. I am retaining more fluid than The Hoover Dam right now, grrrr.

I weighted in this AM at 241. Although I can chalk it up to water weight and steroids, I need to start being more careful in my consumption.

While I was sick I took in lots of fluids but not water. Mainly soda. I wanted something sweet, so I had diet cherry coke and diet vanilla coke. Lots of it. I need to go back to water, water, water!!

I'm still not feeling well and not up to par, but I'm ready to get back to daily life.

I'll be up early in the AM tomorrow to do Pilates and make some eggs! I have to skip the gym for now though...my lungs are still not okay.

    So...here I go...

Keew - it looks where you are going right is that you're eating a huge breakfast, big lunch but a SMALL dinner.

My diet doc has me on a diet where I have to eat every 2 hours and it helps keep the blood sugar stable and to cut down on the cravings.

Okay!! I had an Atkins Guru friend of mine check out my menu's for the last week.

Good news and bad news, ha ha ha, isn't there always??

The good news is, I am doing well with low carbs but the bad news is not enough fat!!

He says I need to start cooking with butter. It is so hard for me. I always use Mazola spray. So I am going to cook my eggs tomorrow in butter.

And then more veggies. I will eat veggies at dinner with butter. And that shoul dkick start my scale he says. So here I go....
