This recipe came from my diabetic cookbook recipes for one (sad title, huh? lol)
These chocolate kisses are high in chocolate flavor and easy to make, only 2 ingredients!!
1 1.4 oz nonfat, no sugar jello pudding chocolate mix
1 cup nonfat milk
Mix ingredients together in bowl until pasty. On a waxed cookie tin, drop spoonfuls into 12 large kiss shapes - an icing bag is great for making the little kiss shape. Freeze until hard. Store in refrigerator between wax sheets. They defrost fast when taken out of the freezer and can get mushy, so keep them in the fridge.
Each serving is 3 pieces for 1 point WW style or 57 calories.
