Any type pasta (I like rotelle/corkscrew)
6 whole fresh tomatoes
1 vadalia onion
1 cucumber
1 cup broccoli (broken very small)
1 cup caulflower (broken small)
1 or 2 pkg of Good Season Italian dry mix

*Black olives and feta cheese crumbled are optional and both add some fat

After pasta is cooked, drain and add all ingredients. (it seems to mix flavors well if pasta is still hot) You need absolutly NO oil, the juice of the tomotoes makes the dressing spread. Refrigerate at least 4 hrs before serving.

Wink
Sorry for the delay in reply!

Yes 1 lb of pasta, more or less to suit your own taste. Also you can use different veggies if you don't like one of these.
