I went to a B&B up in Canada on vacation and this was served one of the mornings. They served it with stewed raisins (raisins put in hot water and microwaved until they puff up) I just loved it and have since discovered that it's great roughage. Takes care of the constipation problems we sometimes have with the phen. Give it a try. I figured out the calories and if you cut it into 8 pieces, it's about 140 cals per slice.
Beat: 1/4 C oil, 1/3 C Splenda and one egg. Then add 1/2 C 2% Milk.
Mix together: 1 1/2 C Oats (I use the quick cooking kind)
1 tsp baking powder, 1 pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients and pour into a cake pan.
Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes.
