Four cups of fresh fruit(use one kind or mix) such as:

sliced peaches (I especially like these.)
strawberries
grapes
pears
blueberries
razzberries
blackberries

Mix 1 cup (or less) of brown sugar with 2 cups of light sourcream. If desired add a teaspoon of vanilla, almond extract, rum extract, or brandy extract.

Top fruit with cream mixture and refridgerate covered for 1 to 2 hours or keeps for days (just restir before serving).

Spoon into dessert cups for serving and top with toasted slivered or chopped almonds. (Just dry saute almonds over medium low heat stirring often. Once they start toasting they will burn quickly. Only takes a few minutes and adds a very elegant touch.) The almonds can be done ahead of time and kept in a sealed container or baggie.

This is supper simple and looks like you fussed alot.
