you can use any fresh fruit you like.


i made mine with:

2 banannas
3 strawberries
1 green apple
handful of white grapes
blueberries

since i'm not big on yogurt i put dannon la creme vanilla in mine. it makes a medium size rubbermaid container full. the kids love this for snack and eat it for breakfast. (brandon actually turned down ice cream for this) the yogurt is only 150 calories and one container does the trick.
