1 lb. boneless center cut pork chops
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp thyme
Mix and pour over chops. Marinate for several hours or overnight. Preheat broiler or grill. Brown, turning several times and basting with marinade until cooked through.
