THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING

1/3 cup lowfat mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp minced bell pepper(red)
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp minced parsley
1 tbsp sweet pickel relish
a pinch of cayenne
1/4 cup water

Blend all ingredients in blender and add salt and pepper to taste.Add more water if needed to get desired consistency.

MAKES 1 CUP
