My family loves this one...
2 cans lowfat croissant rolls
1 pkg hidden valley ranch dressing
1 cup lowfat/fat-free mayo
1 pkgs fat-free cream cheese
1 cup fat-free sour cream
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup fresh cut broccoli
1 cup fresh cut cauliflower
1 can of black olives
1 can of mushrooms if desired
1 pkg lowfat/fat-free shredded cheese
fat-free Italian dressing
Preheat oven to 375
Roll out croissant rolls on a non-stick baking sheet. Strech and flatten to form rectangular shape on sheet. Bake 12 min. or until golden brown and allow to cool..
In medium size bowl mix ranch dressing pkg, sour cream, cream cheese, and mayo until well blended...spread over cooled crust..
Top with vegetables and cheese and refrigerate for 1 hr.
Top with Italian dressing if desired before serving
