1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
2 tbsp dijion mustard
1 tbsp water
2 tsp lowfat mayonnaise
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
6 cups thinly sliced cabbage(1 large)
4 carrots shredded
1 cup thinly sliced red onion(1 large)
1/2 tsp dill seeds
whisk together yogurt,mustard,water,mayonnaise,and lemon juice in large bowl.add remaining ingredients and toss to combine well.season coleslaw with salt and pepper.coleslaw may be made 1 day ahead and chilled(be sure to cover).

LOL,Im glad to see someone is looking in the recipe exchange.Im trying to find recipes that are easy AND lowfat.Im finding so many wonderful recipes that i will be posting soon.If your looking for something special just let me know and i will try to help find it.

Something special as in low fat, low calorie, good for you? I can't think of a thing! lol
If you can find something that combines a thick fudge ooey gooey something with maybe icecream... well... that would be a different story!
But seriously, these recipes you've posted sound great! I'm going to have to try the ranch dressing, I love ranch but I HATE the bottled low cal stuff... taste's like you know what!
