1/2 cup onions chopped
2 cloves garlic,minced
20 oz chicken/or vegetable broth
1 1/2 cup water
6oz tomato paste
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
15oz mixed vegetables,canned and drained
1/2 cup elbow macaroni,uncooked
1.spray pot w/ lowfat cooking spray and add onions and garlic,saute till tender
2.add broth,water,tomato paste,seasoning,and black pepper.stir and bring to boil
3.reduce heat to low and cook 10 minutes
4.add veggies and macaroni.bring to boil.
5.reduce heat to low again and cook 10 more minutes/or untill macaroni is done.
