I LOVE fried cabbage, and this recipe is great AND good for you! Imagine that!

    1/4 cup light margarine
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 medium cabbage, shredded
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. pkg. egg noodles, uncooked

Melt margarine in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion, cabbage and carrot; cook and stir until tender.

Stir in caraway seed, salt and pepper.

Prepare noodles as directed on package; drain.

Stir noodles into cabbage mixture and serve immediately.

Saw your post on the other board encouraging the use of this board and I agree. It's a great resource to use if we use it. Personally, I don't cook. VERY, VERY seldom, I'm talking maybe once every six months, but that's how I gained all this weight to begin with! Fast food, take out, etc. So it's time I buckled down!
