Hello PhenLand and Phen users,
Here's a lowfat recipe for you all to enjoy.

Pasta Salad
Ingredients:10 oz dry penne pasta
1 tomatoe,chopped
1/2 cup red onion,chopped
1/2 cup green onion,chopped
1/2 cup broccoli,chopped
1/2 cup non/lowfat italian dressing
1/3 cup non/lowfat parmesan cheese

TO PREPARE:cook pasta till done,put pasta and all other ingredients in bowl and toss with dressing and cheese.

SERVINGS:6(1 cup each)
