here's a recipe for peach lovers!!!

Peach Trifle
1 angel food cake

about 5 small, ripe peaches, or more(you can use any fruit or combo-peach w/ blueberries is great!

1/3. c frozen orange,mango,peach juice concentrate, thawed

2 tsp. each- ground ginger and vanilla extract

2 tubs lite cool-whip or fat-free

Cut the angel food cake into approx. 1 inch squares, or tear em up, or whatever, just make em smaller. layer half of them in a big bowl. mix the peaches, thawed juice concentrate, ginger and vanilla. let it set about 5 minutes so the peaches release their juices. layer half of this mix on top of the cake, making sure to get about half of the liquid, too. now spread one tub of cool whip on top. repeat these steps, but reserve a few peach slices to fan out on the top, if you like(makes people go ooooooh!!! when you bust it out!) cover and refridgerate till ready to eat. makes about 12-14 very generous servings. I estimate them to be about 200 cals each BUT i am just guess-tamating. PLEASE do not hold me to this number- just know its lighter, packed w/ fruit, and even junk food junkies love it!! a 16 yr old kid even begged me to leave the rest at his house yesterday- thats a good indicator- its yummy!!
i have tons more ideas/recipes!! always feel free to hit me up for dinner/party/dessert/snack inspiration!!!!

ok, i just did a recipe calculation, and it came up w/ 235 cals/serving, if you made 14 servings out of it.

Thanks, for the quick respond to the question the other day. However, what is 5htp? I bought the one source nail, hair and skin vitamin and was wondering how long before you notice a change?

Thanks, Nikki72
