Hi~ I just thought I would share some ideas with you guys.
Low fat yogurt thousand island drressing
1 cup low fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup to 1 cup Ketchup
2 tbsp Japanes Mayo
some pepper and salt
Mix everything together and try to adjust the amount of ketchup you want. This doesn't really taste low fat. Hope you like it.
Another thing that help to losing weight is shirataki noodles. You can eat all you want and still lose weight (unless your eating like 1000 packet a day. Even if you eat 100 packets, it's only 1000kcal.)
Shirataki is a very good source for fiber but the only downside is it's tasteless. The good thing is shirataki takes in taste very well. Stir fry the shirataki in some olive oil for a 2-3 minutes and add in pasta sauce and let it sit in for a while. They actually sell them in packet with seasoning in Singapore. I don't know if other countries have it too. Try it! It's not as good as pasta but it's only 10 kcal per pack.
