Question
Hi Everyone!

I had a recipe that I made once and really would like to have it again but do you think I can find it???? NO!! It seems like I found it in a weight watchers cookbook but maybe not. I would appreciate it so much if any of you had some help to pass along

These things I do know:
*It was a "pocket" style dish - crescent rolls
*The filling had sour kraut (and I think a meat or cheese) - very mild flavor, not a strong kraut taste.

I found this it sounds close:

HAM CHEESE AND KRAUT POCKETS

1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 lb. pkg. sauerkraut, drained
4 slices Cheddar cheese
4 slices ham
1 beaten egg

Press together the perforations between two triangles of crescent rolls. Roll out to form a 4x8 inch rectangle. On one-half of the dough place 1 slice of Swiss cheese, 1 slice ham, 1/4 cup kraut and one slice of Cheddar cheese. Fold other half of dough over and seal edges to form a 4x4 inch packet. Brush top with beaten egg. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 400 degrees F. or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
