Please can anyone out there help me with a low cal recipe for curry (chicken or beef). Its my favourite food ever but it's also very fattening! I also love spicy stuff - I already know a good low cal chilli recipe, but any other ideas are welcome.

Ta much my slimming buddies

I absolutely LOVE curry. Massaman is my favorite. I usually buy a jar of red curry paste and follow the recipe on the jar (sometimes I'll adjust it to taste. But, the most important thing is I only use "Light" coconut milk. You really cut out some calories and fat by using the light version. Of course it's still something loaded with calories and fat regardless. But- I've been able to each it a few times a month and continue to lose weight.
