    Hi, I am brand new to the phen thing I had a question. I wanted to know if there is any food that you think that I can have a lot of with out gainind weight? For me its not what I eat but how much of it I do. Can anybody help?

    Apples are low in calories and so are pickles. But there are so many things you can eat. You just have to figure out how many calories you can eat and just start counting. I have been back and forth on phentermine for years, and I think I've got it now. (I Hope.) If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail me or send me a private message.     Since it's summer - how about watermelon? It's almost completely water and that will help with your fluid intake too.
    The thin me is in here somewhere!
