So, I've been instructed to bring a sweet potato dish to my mother-in-laws home for Thanksgiving. Ummm....havent made that type of thing in a long while, so I'm calling on you chefs that can give me recipes/ideas, etc. I probably want to incorporate the marshmellow, brown sugar action, but mostly, I just need this to be delicious! So once again...please help!!! Thanks, guys!

    Sweet Potatoes

5 sweet potatoes (I use a large can drained)
    2 sticks melted butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. orange juice (already diluted)
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
1 small can mandarin oranges (drained)

Bake potatoes until tender and peel, or one large can of sweet potatoes. In mixing bowl, beat potatoes with butter until smooth.Add sugar, juice, and seasonings. In buttered baking dish, mix together the potato mixture and mandarin oranges. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with marshmallows and bake until browned.

These are delicious, I make them every Thanksgiving.
