Hi, got this from another Phenster. If you like thousand island guess this is a better choice.

1 cup of yogurt with 1/2 - 1 cup of ketchup(tomato sauce) depending on how you like it to taste. And 2 tbsp of salad cream, a pinch of pepper and salt. It's so creamy that you wouldn't believe it yogurt. Kinda taste like thousand island but without all those uwanted calories.I realise adding some oinions and pepper slice would make the salad more strong in flavour. Some sweet corn is good too. I usually buy them in cans.

This sounds great. I am going to try some. Thanks for sharing. I love thousand Island dressing, not only on salads, but sometimes on just plain tomatoes, very tasty.
