While everyone knows exercise promotes a healthy heart, researchers are also learning how it minimizes stress. Studies have shown that physiological responses to stress from the brain, hormonal system, and the immune system are all moderated by regular exercise. And while all exercise is healthy, moderately intense exercise reduces anxiety too, according to a recent study.

Oh, remember to drink plenty of water while you exercise, this is always a good idea, especially during the "Hot" weather.

Oh man does it!I had a stressful day at work and i did one hour of cardio and lower body weights and I felt great!This morning I was in a real good mood



starting weight august of 2007 ,250
cw:185 pounds
goal weight: 150
No longer on phentermine since august of 2007.

Good for you, "go girl go". Sounds like you got a game plan. Keep up the good work! One other thing, just for future, I know sometimes it's a EFFORT, to get to the gym, but I noticed once I get there & do my thing, I feel much better when I did my work out, do you agree with this? Anyway, take care & stay "Stress Less".
