i get all my fruit serving for the day all in at once.
about 3/4 to 1 cup of apple juice
about 3/4 to 1 cup of plain fat free yogurt
2 table spoons of wheat germ
1 peeled banana (large)
1 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries
add some ice (about 1/2 to a full cup)
makes about 2 servings
some days i change the fruit, depending what i have in my kitchen.
some alternatives i do are:
mango and banana
blueberries and banana
