    This one just give 30 days of 1200 calorie menus. A great spot to look at some ideas:

    This is a great site for food/recipes all together but it does also have a tab for 300 calorie dinners and if you click on recipes then you can look up low cal or diabetes recipes. and you can sign up for a weekly email with new recipes right to your inbox:

    Now, let me say this about foodgawker. Foodgawker.com is a site where you can go and do just that...gawk at awesome food. If you see a pic of food you like, you click on it, and it takes you to the recipe, which is usually on someone's blog/personal cooking website. The great thing about it is you can actually find many healthy options here, and once you find that link to a page that is devoted to healthy eating, you open the door to many other recipes.

    Thanks I will def check these out. I am always looking for new ways to cook the same thing (chicken, pork. ground turkey). I am trying to cut out some red meat and add in fresh items.
