OK, this isn't stolen from anywhere, but I also didn't make it up either, I just created my own version.

1 pound lean hamburger meat (I buy the 92/8 percent)

    1 Pkg Frozen Tator Tots

1 Can LowFat Cream of Chicken Soup (I use the low Sodium too when I can find it)

Lowfat Cheese (sometimes I use fat free if I am close to my fat grams for the day, the only problem is fat free, it looks like crud when it melts.)

Cook Meat in pan, throw in can of soup and tator tots, mix together, put in baking dish, throw in oven, cook at 350 for 20-30 minutes top with cheese. Eat Eat Eat

As far as the calories and fat go. I have no clue, The fat is very low, after using the lean burger and lowfat Cream Soup.

I made it again lastnight and they chowed down on it. I had leftovers for lunch today. Mmmm Mmmm Good.
