    This drink is delicious for Breakfast and is filling. Try it, you will like it.

    1 banana
    1 peach or 6 strawberries
    1 packet Equal or Sweet & Low (2 packets if you want it sweeter)
    1 cup skim milk
    6 or 7 ice cubes

    Blend until smooth

    I am gonna have to try that sounds good. I have been making breakfast yogurts, and those are good also.

    1/2 banana (cut up)
    1 cup of yogurt (any flavor)
    1 tbsp of crushed almonds

    * then just mix it all together with a spoon.

    brneyes..... I failed to mention that this makes a very large glass full. Most of the time, I don't have to have the snack between breakfast and lunch unless I drink it really early. I have made another one for lunch and it holds me over until dinner.
