Men- Speak up

Hey guys I'm still new here, but have spent a good amount of time looking around. I think the support is great. There are also some really cool people here. One thing I've noticed though is most of the people here are women.

I would like to hear from the men. Tell me about your success and failures. I'll do my best to keep things rolling!

I started Phend June 9th. I have not weighed yet and don't plan to for a while. While being on phend I notice that I pretty much have a constant feeling of hunger though out the day. It's not the kind of hunger where my stomach is growling though....it's like I just notice my stomach being there. Also when I eat sometimes I get a nauseous feeling and I have to "choke" my food down. It's hard even drinking water.

I don't know if this is normal....I feel like the meds help in a way, but it's definitely not what I expected.
