Phendimetrazine 105mg

Hey everyone..

I just took my first phendimetrazine pill about 2 hours ago. I'm supposed to take another pill (not sure the name) with it everyday at the same time, but the pharmacy had to order it so i didnt get them yet. My first goal is to loose about 25lb. I wanted to be realistic because I don't know if I can loose more than that...It I did end up loosing more then that then that would be amazing!
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone who is taking the same diet pill could give me any advice or tell me what they experienced on the pill...If they lost weight easily and what they ate and what you did for excersise, etc. really anything you could tell me I would appreciate it!
I was kinda nervous taking these pills. The doctor who prescribed them to me probably shouldnt have prescribed them to me and im scared of getting addicted to them or feeling weird on them... My friend who went to the same doctor told me that the place was really weird and that the doctor doesnt even give you tests to see if you can handle the pills and stuff which he didnt...My sister said these pills are intended for obsese people. I am a little overweight, but I am not obese. I am 5'6", 22 years old, and weigh about 160lbs. The doctor said I should loose 10lb in 4weeks...

Hi everyone, My journey has been a very interesting one I must say. I started Phentermine About 4 years ago...Weighing 196 I lost 12 lbs my first week then 135 less than a year later,-61lbs lost!!!!! I still took the phentermine on 2 weeks and off 2weeks for about the next year and a half because I didn't want to gain the weight back, It seemed to work I only gained about 8 lbs back but I felt great. Then........I got pregnant and what a blessing/miracle she is She is about to turn 1 and I weigh only 10 lbs less (185) than when I started 4 years ago. It is quit frustrating because I feel like I am starting all over , But I went back to the doctor and he put me back on the phentermine.....I only noticed bad side affects, and I actually gained 3 or 4 Lbs, I stopped going because I felt like giving up. I started researching Hoodia and I bought this stuff at walmart called hoodia 57 and I lost 11lbs in 1 month. I decided to go back and try 1 more time to see if the doctor could put me on anything dif. to help me lose weight faster, he prescribed phendimetrazine 35 mg 3 times a day, I have been taking it for about 3 days and I love it! I feel great the only adverse side effect is the sleeplessness but i suffer from that anyway. Since starting the phen'zine I feel like i did when i first started this diet....I hope i'm successful again! Does anyone Know if it's okay to take sleep aids...tylenol pm ect. or can it effect me losing the weight ?????

Walnuts, If you take the pills and eat a low carb diet/ keep your carbs under 50 grams a day and just walk or do some jogging that is all you will need to do to be successful, and drink plenty of water....You could lose more than 10lbs in a month you could lose that in 2 weeks, Are you going to a regular doctor or a weight loss clinic?

Walnuts - I think the 2nd pill is Vitamin E...at least that's what my Dr. gave me (it's a chubby white oblong pill). I'm not entirely sure why I'm taking it...I'll ask when I go in next week.

AndieJ - That's so great that you've kept weight off...babies are a blessing but they leave some scars...you'll lose the weight in no time!

I decided to take the PhenD because I have been trying to lose weight for over a month and I wasn't getting the results I wanted. I've so far lost about 2lbs...I take two 35mg pills a day, one in the morning around 8AM, the second around 1PM. I took one yesterday at 6PM (I was feeling a little shaky and didn't have the chance to eat until then) and I went mad cleaning the house! My body hurts today from all the exercise! I'm definitely eating less than before (an egg+tomato sandwich in the AM, grapes and half an entree from Fresh & Easy (about 200 calories), and for dinner I've been eating some meat with mostly veggies) so I know the pounds will eventually come off. I think mentally I'm expecting some sort of miracle to happen and I'll magically lose 40lbs by the end of the year (if not sooner)...at the latest on my 28th bday in April 2010. I've always been "thick", probably all the way back to the age of 8. I was always bigger than the other girls at school, but never the biggest. My brother & sister were both super skinny, which didn't help my self esteem or confidence. Now that I'm older, I have the self esteem, I have the inner strength...and everything else in my life is under control...now it's time to work on my hot body. Well...soon to be anyway!
