Just started taking phen d - Phentermine.com

My dr just started me on phen d 35 mg. I take 3x daily 1 hr b4 each meal. I am also taking the b12 shot. I am on a 1000 calorie diet. I am looking forward to hearing from people in a similar situation. I am currently 262 lbs and want to get to 160lbs.

I go to a weight loss dr. It is called Phendimentrizine, but you need a ** to get it. I tried to order it online, but they called my regular dr to get permission to give it to me and he said no, so I started going to a bariatric dr who specializrs in weight loss. She has me on phen-d. In three weeks I've lost 11 lbs.

I recently started taking Adipex on March 13 2009. My weight is currently 169 and My goal weight is 135 . I am 5'2. I have and am experiencing some of the side effects of jitteriness but I feel so much better with so much energy. I have not stepped on the scale yet I gues because I am afraid but I cant believe I have enough energy in which I look forward to my afternoon walk every day. Hopefully I can build my way up to working out by doing core exercicese. But for now, I will accept my BABY STEPS proudly. I am here for anyone who needs support just I will need your support even more. I wish all of you the best on each of Your new journeys. WE must continue to Motivate One Another
