Hello Everyone,
I just hit my six week mark on tuesday. And although I thought I was going to be at 157 I was at 159 which is 18lbs less than I was 6 weeks ago. I have now lost 10% of my start weight!!! I am so proud of myself for actually doing this! Dont get me wrong I do have my days where I'm not as strong but overall I have followed my eating plan pretty well. I cant wait to see how I'll do at my next weigh in I am sure I'll hit my first mini goal
The one thing I still need to get in a habit of doing more is exercising. I havent done nearly as much exercise as I should
Does anyone have any suggestions to get more motivated to work out?
