    Default I'm getting there! 10% loss

    Hello Everyone,

    I just hit my six week mark on tuesday. And although I thought I was going to be at 157 I was at 159 which is 18lbs less than I was 6 weeks ago. I have now lost 10% of my start weight!!! I am so proud of myself for actually doing this! Dont get me wrong I do have my days where I'm not as strong but overall I have followed my eating plan pretty well. I cant wait to see how I'll do at my next weigh in I am sure I'll hit my first mini goal

    The one thing I still need to get in a habit of doing more is exercising. I havent done nearly as much exercise as I should

    Does anyone have any suggestions to get more motivated to work out?

    It has to come from inside you. I have to talk myself into getting out of bed in the mornings. And now that it's so cold, I REALLY want to stay in that soft warm bed. BUT, I tell myself I'll be proud when I'm done, and also, I know how disappointed I'll be if I DON'T get up and exercise. I have been doing workout videos. I do them M-F, before my kids get up. My legs are really looking better, and that's great motivation for me! But, YOU have to figure out what'll make YOU do it.
