I went to a doctor yesterday and my medical history was taken and an EKG was done. Blood work will be done next time. I am 5'3" and weigh 164 and am wondering how many of you have been put on Lasix (water pill drug). I've only heard of older people being put on this when they have congestive heart failure. I want to lose weight (fat) not water weight.
I want my loses to be real and lasting...so this had concerned me. He also put me on a 1,000 calorie a day diet, but it is not a low carb diet. It also limits cooked veggies to one cup per day, but unlimited (there is a list) if veggies are raw. Seems I should be eating more veggies? I've read others stories here and some are on low carb/high protein....I think the news is reporting best results on that type and think I may want to go in that direction along with the meds and exercise. I am taking one phendimetrazine one hour before eating three times a day.

and then I make my breakfast. Today I made one egg with Pam, a piece of turkey saugage, a small tomatoe and small slice of onion. Should I eat till I am full? I'm not even hungry!! But I know my information and everything I've ever heard is EAT BREAKFAST. So what is the fine line. Eat or don't when hungry?
Today I have a new side effect. My tongue feels weird. Kind of almost numb, but not quit there. Doesn't seem to be any swelling...so I guess this is just one I have to figure out I can live with or not. I can.
