I started with Dr. Weldon last monday and have lost 9 pounds so far. My secong weigh in is this coming monday. it works for me. The only thing is I am a little concerned i may not be meeting my 500 calorie goal. Any suggestions? I take two of the EAS silver box shakes to try to keep up.

Congratulations, what type of diet are you following? I am going to start on Monday second time around. I am in the Houston area had great success but am interested in what diets are working for others.

I am starting the program Wednesday. I took these pills before and lost a lot of weight but it did some damage to my liver so I dont know what they will do. Im excited though and cant wait. Im visiting Dr.Welden, so will keep posted on my results. Good luck with your weight loss too.

today is my fifth week, I will weigh in this afternoon, but to date I am down 18 pounds!!!! AAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!! (i'm a little excited)
