I work at a weightloss clinic in Tallahassee. My boss's sister has a practice in Tampa she does the diet that you described $200.00 and $50.00 a week. Now my boss is starting this one in Tallahassee. I have been on it for 31/2 days and have lost 12 lbs. You are right you have to be strict the first few days putting yourself in to Ketosis is kind of hard. You get a little hungry. I found if I take my pills go run or walk while dinner is going which doesn't consist of much by the time I get back in 20 minutes I am not hungry. I have been overweight since i was 20. I weighed in at 288 the day i started I now weigh276. I was skinny when I was in the military for 8 years but fell off the wagon. I read her wieghtloss brochure for 2 days straight and said I can't because i am a cheese lover and other things. I will 32 this Wednesday August 16th the day her clinic opens the day I start, and for the first time in my life. I am going to lose this weight.I am a nurse there and this is the greatest benefit package I could ever get. I look forward to being a support buddy for my patients so they can be a support buddy for me.You have to be motivated though but once you get started you will see. This Phendimetrazine is one of the best things to ever happen to me.
