    Question

hi everyone, I'm very new at this online stuff so bare with me. I've started taking the 37.5 phentermine a week ago. My questions are: why do I have constant pain in my stomach, Haven't had a BM in a week/why and when will I start seeing results? I follow the WW point program and eat probably less then 1000 cal./day. Can't exercise due to a back problem but I do run around the house after a 2yr old.
    getting discouraged again!

Hi, Molly. I just started taking phentermine 3 days ago and I also am a member of weight watchers. I haven't had any stomach pains thought besides my stomach telling me I need to eat something. It's been going pretty well for me. Have you been eating enough? Wow, no BM for a week, huh? Maybe you should see your doctor?

    No problem with BM now!!!
this is my 13th day being on this pill and I haven't lost anything yet. I feel I'm eating enough for my WW points but nothings happening. Maybe someone needs to tell me what they eat on a daily basis and I'll follow that.
    still discouraged

I'm glad you got the BM problem resolved. Make sure you are drinking enough water, that will help stave off constipation.

Another thing, calories. A thousand or less is not enough. That could be why you are not losing. Your body thinks you are starving it and it's holding onto every little bit of fat to conserve and use later. I would suggest upping your calories to between 1200-1600 and see if that helps. Definitely make sure you are getting a minimum of 64 ounces of water a day. Water, not coffee, tea, pop, etc. Water.

wow, if I ate that many calories I would pop.
I think the only way I would be able to eat over 1000 cal. would be if it's junk food. I'm not an eater, but I do eat fairly healthy or think I do!

    Hi everyone

I haven't gotten the nerve to order my phen yet. I am still trying to do alittle research on it. I have seen on some post, that Phen makes you have trouble sleeping. I really want to start taking something, anything, but I do not want to take something that I will not be able to sleep at night.
Also, I am trying to find a reliable online site. I understand through reading some of the past post, that we aren't allowed to post websites, could someone private message me??
