I took the medication for almost 18 months back in 96/97. I was very happy with the results from the medication.
However, I am having some problems with my heart that could be related to the medication but don't have any insurance right now to have it checked out.
I was seeing a doctor who is no longer in practice and the records are gone.
How do I have this checked without it costing me an arm and a leg to do it?

I have heard several ads on the radio for lawyers who will have it checked for you for free so you can join their class-action suit against phen-fen, but they say there is a time limit. I don't know if their are lawyers in your area doing the same thing.

You should see a doctor as soon as possible though. Even if there aren't free checks. Do you have money to pay for a doctors visit? Is their a nurses hotline in your area you can call? Would you qualify for medicaid? Your health is worth more than any amount of money. Get it checked out!
