i would like to lose about 20 pounds. i am not a person that loses easily. when i "diet" i am 100% faithful but never succedd. an example, did weight watchers for 8 weeks, lost 1 pound!!!! the best luck i had was on atkins, lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks, two months later still doing induction... no other pounds came off. besides losing your appetite does this drug also 'burn' calories??? as i said i really dont have a problem with will power...i can do that but i never seem to get anywhere. btw, i am 38yo... 160/140 would make me very happy...130 i'd be back to my size as a bride!!! any advice would be greatly appreciated...thanks, Mar...

Hello, Well I don't think anyone can really tell you if Phen is for you.but I can tell you that I was nervous at first to take it cause of the side affects and honestly I didn't think that it was going to work at all. I don't have the munchies anymore and I eat whatever I want for my 3 meals a day but I eat small portions of what I eat I also have 2 low fat snacks during my day. and I exercise moderatly.. about everyother day. short walks, tummy crunches ect.. and within 2 weeks I have lost 10 pounds. so Phen may be for you , you should talk it over with your doctor if you can.
