How was your Monday!?
Water- great - especially due to lemons & splenda! (can ya have too much?)
Food - great - not hungry all day!
B'fast: there's a new Kashi cereal with berries (yum) & soy milk, small glass oj
lunch: brown rice, black beans, winter veggies
dinner: grilled chicken & a big a s s salad!
And I started the weights today! whoa nelly i'm gonna be sore tomorrow!!![]()
not bad for a monday!
