Ok yall the cruise is only 6 months 18 days away.
this means that every day you put off getting in gear is one day less you have till the cruise!
Now if you find you are having a hard time starting, try this, instead of doing a lot at one time, like improving eating, increasing water, exercise. Try taking it one item a week. So this week work on the water, next week the eating then focus on the exercise.
For me this worked. I can make the changes better. I have the water down, actually drinking more than the 64oz a day I committed to, eating much improved! and this week I have done 2 hrs of exercise already! I committed to 3 hrs a week.
How is everyone doing??

I knew I felt bloated and crappy guess its cuse I gained some. My question is when is my month up? I'm hoping the extra weight is water
I promise I will drink a ton of water cut down on my coffee and get to the gym.
(i wondered why i was booking those kathleen turner type voice jobs!!!)
