I just thought I would check in to say hello and let you know I am having a terrific day. I think that new number on the scale has really upped my motivation.
Did my crunches (100/50/50) this morning and some weights this afternoon. Just finished liter #4 on water. And have been so totally good on WW today. That includes a generous 1 cup helping of FF/SF chocolate fudge ice cream.

At 100 calories, 0 fat, and 6gr of fiber, it's only 1pt for half a cup or 2pts for what I ate. Not bad and totally deeeee-licious!
Stacy - sure wish you were going with us. I understand about the weddings but I was looking forward to meeting you.
Clara/Paula - From what I hear, one week of slacking is not going to hurt you much. Just don't let it be a habit.
Nitra - Thanks for noticing how close I am to the 2's. It is so exciting! I have not been under 300 since 1982.
I was looking through an old album the other day and if I can hit 250-260 by cruise time I will look sooo good. (At least compared to now!) Plus I haven't been below 260 in 28 years.
Well ladies, I am off to walk the pupper. We don't go far since she has been ill but it's still something.
