Hi guys, hows everyone doing.. I did great all week than Thursday I munched on anything and everything. I'm not trying to place blame on anything but the war is really stressing me out.
I cancelled my plans for Nashville at the last minute and almost lost the money I paid for my airline ticket. However, after working with the airline and priceline I got it worked out.
I haven't been good today either.

I ate toast with butter for breakfast (bad) and ham sandwich with BBQ chips for lunch then chicken and homemade fries for dinner........boy thats worse than I tought.LOL I had a couple of other items I wont even mention because they were really high in calories...
Nitra I need you to kick me in the butt so I get back on track.
Ellen , you sound like your doing a good job of staying on target. I know what you mean about getting excited when looking at pictures of the cruise. It's going to be so much fun and I can't wait to meet everyone.
Katie , its ok to get off track just get right back on and don't let it get you down. Girl as much as you've been moving around you have every right to get stressed. Just get back on track and do that by taking baby steps and do them one day at a time.
Julie, Joline, Nitra you guys really helped me week and
thanksfor being here for me. Thursday was a stressfull day and it continued on into the evening. I finally got the airline tickets changed to the June dates. It took being hung-up on 3 times and holding on the phone for 3 hours. The priceline employees were wonderful though and that itself made up for the time holding.
I did get all my exercise in for the week and hopefully the few screw ups with the food didn't hurt my weight loss to much. I'm getting really excited and know from last year how fast this time is going to go. We will be on that ship in no time and I want to be at goal.
Can't wait to cruise.
