Hotel / Sleeping Arrangements

Since Luvwater has us 3 rooms and a Presidential suite on hold, I am thinking we should figure out whos sleeping with who (he he)......
3 rooms - sleeps 4 and 1 Pres-sleeps 6 and that totals 18 people. Is that enough space? Do we have an exact count?

Holpak, Hotmama, Mellie, Luvmyboxer, Phat :

Luv brought this to my attention and I think it's a good idea. Please let me know how you feel about it.... All of us taking the Presidential Suite.
Hotmama, Mel and I are coming in Friday afternoon.
Holpak is coming in on Friday afternoon
Luvmyboxer and Phat are coming in Saturday.

If everyone agrees, then we can figure the total amount for your stay.
I think it will be fun so just let me know.

OTHER ROOMS: ( 3 Regular Rooms )
1st Room - Kaybee and GSLeader (confirmed)
2nd Room - MissJoline and Triplet (???)
3rd Room - ???

Amy and I are rooming again like in Charlotte. We are going to be wild and crazy and just split the room between the two of us...I don't mind 4 women in one room laughing and talking all night but when it comes to 4 women fighting over the bathroom...

Luvwater - I just sent you an e mail - can you do the block thing where you reserve a group of rooms at a special rate then they are released on a certain deadline?

THIS IS REALLY HAPPENING...Charlotte girls, remember talking about this over margaritas in the Mexican restaurant!

Krista---I have the Pres Suite and 3 other rooms on hold, but not paid for and she has already given us a good discount...the Pres suite is normally $13o something and the other rooms are normally $75 i think...
I need to know very soon if we need more rooms and also if we have takers on the Pres suite so she'll keep that held as well

I want in on one of the presidential suites... it might be me and my cousin.. probably but i'm not sure if she's coming or not.. but me for sure... i'm coming in on friday at 2:30.. someone needs to come get me
